The house has a spacious driveway and a double parking space directly behind the house. A further 2 – 3 vehicles can be parked in the driveway.
There is no garden in the true sense of the word at Villa Grand Bleu, as the outdoor area is covered with sandstone slabs. Naturally framed by flower beds and the natural surroundings.
Directly in front of the summer kitchen on the first floor is a sheltered, large dining table with space for 10 people.
At the very front by the sea is the paillotte (straw pergola) with a lounger for two people, surrounded by garden seating for 10 people with 3 tables. Here you can enjoy a glass of Rosé de Provence in comfort!
The plots behind the house and to the south belong to the “Conservatoire du Littoral” and are therefore protected. Apart from the romantic “Sentier du Littoral”, there are no buildings or activities.
The living areas
The kitchen on the 2nd floor is designed in the style of Provence and is well equipped. All the necessary utensils, knives and other kitchen utensils are available in abundance. The kitchen island is also a bar with 2 cozy stools.
Like many houses in the south, Villa Grand Bleu also has a summer kitchen, located on the ground floor by the garden seating area. It is somewhat simpler and older and also has a cozy kitchen table with 4 seats.
The lounge is located on the 2nd floor, in the same room as the kitchen. It has a large sliding door to the terrace, a large sofa and a great view.
The highlight of the villa! On the 2nd floor is the terrace with an incomparable view and a large dining table for 10 people. It is covered by a modern pergola that can be closed and thus also serves as a windbreak in mistral winds.
The spacious buanderie (laundry room) is on the ground floor and has 2 machines, iron and work table.

The purple room 3 is located on the 1st floor on the garden side, it has:

The turquoise-colored room 4 is located on the 1st floor facing the sea and is the master bedroom of the house. It has:

The office is located on the 1st floor, from the office desk you have a unique view of the bay and air conditioning. In addition to an office table and chair, it also has a double bed 140cm x 200cm, so that it can also be used as a bedroom (but without its own bathroom).
